Kirsty Macgregor

MA (hons) MBA DipEd Ashridge Accredited Executive Coach Working with individuals and teams, inspiring them to excel, to make great things happen and to live out their dreams, is my passion. Over the past decade my consultancy work has included the design and management of high-level think tanks; career development; entrepreneurial leadership training and coaching. In addition to extensive business experience I bring insight from three decades of mindfulness meditation, yoga and personal development and have worked with some of the leading spiritual teachers of our time. Leadership development coupled with ongoing coaching is, in my experience, the most effective way to support people to maximise their potential and achieve success both professionally and personally. I currently chair the Finance and Services Standing Committee for the General Council of the University of Edinburgh. I support several educational charities including a new school in India.
