Frustrating -- Not having all the resources necessary to fully execute vision of the business.

Rewarding - Creating a vision and product and making it come to life

Thinking you can do everything on your own!

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Surround yourself with good people, provide them with the tools they need to succeed, and trust that they will get the job done.

2. Keep your eyes, and mind, open. New opportunities will come your way...you must watch for them and take advantage. Always be open to feedback, but be careful to stay true to your visiion.

3. You have to love what you do. Your motivation must go beyond financial. There will be ups and downs but if you love what you do, you will never work a day in your life.
