Kathi A. Jones, a seasoned executive and entrepreneur, was a Co-Founder and EVP of Sales and Account Management at Conenza, a builder of trusted online communities for global enterprises.  Jones has more than a decade of experience building operations and human resource programs for small to mid-size businesses.  Prior to Conenza, Jones was the Executive Director of the Microsoft Alumni Network where she re-tooled the high-profile community, increasing participation over 250% during her two year tenure.   She has also served as VP of Corporate Services for Aventail, a pioneer in the VPN market, where she oversaw Human Resources, Recruiting and various Operational functions.   Prior to that, she was Founder and President of KAJ Consulting, providing human resource planning, recruiting, and operational design services to small and mid-size technology companies. Previous roles include regional management for both Banana Republic and The Gap Corporation.

Jones graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Washington with degrees in English and Communications. She is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management, serves on the Female Editorial Board of the Puget Sound Business Journal, serves on the advisory board for Conenza, is involved with the Microsoft Alumni Foundation, and is a guild member for Children's Hospital Medical center in seattle, wa.
