They have traveled extensively throughout the most prominent wine regions of Europe and California, educating themselves and others at every opportunity on the distinct flavors and traditions of the regions they toured. Together they have hosted many dinners, seminars and given Cooking Classes that have revolved around creative food and wine pairings.
