What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most frustrating is that nevertheless you make a tremendous effort to do the job correctly, if you make a step forward then inevitably you will make one backwards. There are never two or three steps forward before going into a pitfall.

The most rewarding is when you come up with a unique and authentic idea that solves a problem and the problem is solved. It is among the most rewarding things in life.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

As the most important one I would say work on an idea, make a prototype and going to the product without validating with potential and real customers. Other than that, or maybe before in time I would say minding too much about an idea and not a business model.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Expect the unexpected and be ready. To be allays patient and ready for the worst.

2) Learn a lot about people and human behaviour. How to motivate, how to get them mad and how to create profiles.

3) Sometimes when things do not work you just have to turn the system down, go for a long walk and the come back with energy and fresh head.

With an an educational background in Industrial Design and over 18 years of experience in the IT industry. I am able to accurately forecast new paradigms in technology. I have arned this reputation by devoting years of hard work, innovation and energy to bring our business model of a gesture SDK and framework to reality. As an entrepreneur, I persue my dream yet I remain grounded in reality. As with any startup, I have evolved along with the development of the company. I have direct hand in product development, patent drafting, brand creation, design and networking. Most fundamental to the company my role as the “Go-To Guy”. My fiery passion and capacity to inspire, motivate and foster trust have been integral to the synergy of Team RoamTouch.
