If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

Most people only believe you can do what has already been done; I say NO!

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most frustrating aspect about innovation and the vision that goes along with it is having the ability to clearly see the path that must be followed while most others are telling it can't be done and/or they don't even know what "it" is to tell you it can't be done. The most rewarding aspect of being an innovator, or as Ayn Rand puts it, a "Creator", is walking that lonely road and finally crossing the finish line ... successfully!

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Underestimating the effort, complexity, and time to achieve their goals.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Understand both the short and long term goals up front necessary for achieving success and then creating a plan for achieving those goals.
2) Ensure adequate resources for implementation of the plan created; including both money and personnel.
3) Accepting that not everyone will see, much less share, your vision with the same amount of enthusiasm as you do.
