Joel is a co-founder of Newton Software, an innovativetechnology company developing next generation recruiting software.  Prior to starting Newton Software, Joel co-foundedGravity Technologies Inc., a company that owns and operates several autonomousbusinesses in the human capital management industry.  As the Vice President of Buiness Development,Joel led Gravity Technologies to be named to the San Francisco Business Times“Top 100 Fastest Growing Private Companies” list in 2005, 2006, 2007, and 2008.
