What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

Not doing research on those you affiliate your business with. Or not investing the right amount of time to do the right amount of research that it takes to actually build a successful company from the foundation up! Success not meaning how money revenue you generate the first month, but how successful the organization is as a whole with its core members/managers.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Research and get a second quote, maybe even a third;
2. Make sure you understand 100% what you're actually getting for your money, and;
3. Make sure to spend time sharing your ideas with those you only trust and can count on for brutally honest opinions. The truth doesn't hurt as bad as the bottom line when it falls out from under your feet!
