Recently I created the NVIDIA Twitch channel, which became the fastest growing brand channel on Twitch and fostered a new type of content. I also got to speak at SXSW and recently learned my talk was one of the highest rated sessions.

If you're an entrepreneur or corporate innovator, why?

I tick different than the majority of the world. The goal is to allow myself to learn and do things that make me uncomfortable everyday. Entrepreneurship is the best way to grow and help others!

The ups and downs of money, personal relationships, and pride that take a beating from starting companies.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not planning anything and just talking. Do the leg work and write out the plan before you share it with someone else.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

Talk is cheap, actions are everything. Listen more than you talk. No one cares about you or your cause, so how do you change hearts?
