The emotional peaks and troughs are a real drag and it's strange how both emotions can happen all at the same time. Overall, it isn't where you are at or where you will be but instead is the journey by which you get there. I am most thankful for the people that are taking the journey with me and love the feeling of everyone pitching in.
So many to mention. My personal mistakes have been not reaching out to people that can help for fear of embarrassing myself. This is the wrong approach and I have since learned to reach out to the people at the top of the pyramid to present my case. So what if many wont even open my email. It really only takes one response that can change everything.
 Vesting schedule is a must, especially in the early days when team formation is still a bit finicky.
 Don't be scared to share your idea with people - it will help open many doors.
 Your not procrastinating, you are incubating ideas. Don't feel like you have to work, work, work and instead take some time to go for a walk and try to visualize your idea from several view points.
