They underestimate the amount of energy, time required to build a startup for the long term journey

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

- The people behind the team and their complementary skills are a startup's utmost critical success factor. That is the reason for KoolTechs slogan : "Best of one, power of many"
- Learn to execute both "build a product" , and "build a business" , almost in parallel.
- Stay focused but prepare to be adaptive and flexible as technologies and product cycle are very dynamic nowadays
