Wade joined the company inMarch 2008. Previously, he was with IBM, beginning in 1997, where heserved as a user experience architect, overseeing global executionplans for the company’s small business systems offerings. He wasresponsible for designing user process and experience for all products.He holds several patents, has been an IBM Excel award winner, and hasreceived awards from the Society for Technical Communication. Earlierin his career, Wade held a variety of positions in the media industry,with newspaper, TV, and radio firms. He also has developed brand andmarketing strategies as a consultant for a variety of clients inprofessional sports, music, retail, and sports recreation.
