I do entrepreneurial stuff for the same reason I do science--the hunt. You answer one question just to better understand the next.

I'm a Research Scientist at the Institute for Creative Technologies at the Univ of So Cal. I have been quite active as an academic and an entrepreneur. I've published widely on the effects of hormones on the brain, advanced statistical methodologies and most recently on resilience and the stress response system. In the private sectori have two patents and have focused on the use of personality for online application. I was a co-founder of eHarmony.com and currently moonlight as an investor and a scentific advisor for several startups.
