Frank Sentner has been providing technology solutions to the insurance industry for 40 years. Frank's consulting practice is currently focused on improving the business processes of insurers and insurance brokerage firms. He is presently managing a policy, billing, and claims system replacement project for the Pennsylvania FAIR Plan; providing strategic consulting for ACORD in the management of their InsureTech initiatives; and consulting with several start-up InsureTech firms.

Frank began his insurance technology career in 1976 working for Insurnet where he managed the development of the first ACORD forms-based agency policy and claims system. In 1984, he founded CISCo (Creative Information Systems Co.) where he designed and directed development of Sagitta, the first ACORD AL3-based agency system, which is used today by some of the largest insurance brokers in the world. In 1992, CISCo merged with the Gemini division of Aetna to form CISGEM, which was acquired by Vertafore in 1995. Vertafore, incidentally, was just acquired by Bain Capital Private Equity and Vista Equity Partners from TPG Capital for $2.7 Billion. And, Sagitta is still their flagship product for the national insurance brokers like USI and BB&T.

Frank served as SVP of Corporate Technology for Vertafore until September 1996 when he started his own consulting practice to improve business process integration between insurers and agents. Frank consulted for The Council of Insurance Agents & Brokers (www.ciab.com) from 1997-2012 as their Director of Strategic Technology and also as VP of Business Development for the Insurance Exchange Trust from 2009-2011.

Frank worked with Sharon Emek and Bill Hunt to create Work At Home Vintage Employees LLC (www.WAHVE.com) as a consultant and worked at WAHVE full-time beginning in January 2012 as a managing partner and COO until early 2014.
