What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

What's most rewarding is that I am able to learn and pursue and really make an impact in the way I want to. What is most frustrating would be if I had to manage a certain amount of conflicting egos but I have not run into that situation yet.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not listening to the market and the Venture Capitalists.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Getting the first seed money is the hardest.
2. Doing things for yourself is incredibly rewarding and fun.
3. This is something I want to pursue for the next 10 years before settling for a desk job that I retire with.
