(1) Frustrating - The poor geographical distribution of knowledge and resources in US required to foster innovation.
(2) Rewarding - Knowing I'm right.

Believing their own hype.
What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
Listen carefully to everything and everyone - look for clues.
Evaluate and re-evaluate everything you know, or thought you knew.
