While Deborah’s diverse background includes experience in the mortgage industry, entertainment field and education with a multiple subject teaching credential, she has spent the majority of her career as an entrepreneur.  She is currently an Executive Assistant to the CIO at Edwards Lifesciences, a licensed Realtor with First Team Real Estate, and an Independent Consultant for Mary Kay Cosmetics.  Her accomplishments include the use of five (5) free cars from Mary Kay Cosmetics having achieved the position of Senior Sales Director and Coach to 3 Offspring Sales Directors with 150 Area Consultants, a position reserved for a fraction of the top 2% of all Mary Kay Consultants.  During her 10 years in management at Mary Kay, Deborah reached over $250,000 in Unit Sales (in a single year) and is a member of the Fabulous Fifties Elite Club. Currently Deborah is expanding her business acumen and is enrolled in the Executive MBA program at The Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine with an expected graduation is June, 2011
