I consider myself three things: communicator, leader, and warrior. I make stuff and things happen. Family is first, and after that, I’m pretty much all business. I write, speak, start companies, invest, motivate, encourage, and add value.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege to work with some incredible folks like Meijer, Kawasaki Team Green, Yamaha of Canada, Suzuki, The YMCA, FCA, Monster, Harley Davidson, SPY, Smith Optics, HJC Helmets, Babbittsonline.com, and more.

Together, we’ve defined profitable new growth platforms and built the systems, processes, marketing programs and metrics to make significant change a reality. I enjoy working with great entrepreneurs and leaders to tackle big, ambiguous growth challenges – the kinds of things that you have no idea how to face and they keep you up all night.

I also like to stick to my strengths: competitor, activator, futuristic, constructive input, and achiever. I strongly recommend that you stick to your strengths as well. I wrote about this in a post called “How to Find Your Strengths”.

My blog is intentionally focused on educating, motivating, encouraging, adding value, and moving people from talking to doing, and making stuff and things happen.

I write about entrepreneurship, leadership, strategy, marketing, motivation, productivity, resources, social media, and, every once in a while random stuff that just pops into my head – this happens often! If you are wondering what my goal is, let me clarify. I aim to create and share relevant content, discuss ideas, and build a community of people who can motivate, encourage, add value, and move one another to making things happen in the world. I try to post 3-5 times per week. Sometimes more, sometimes less, it really depends on if I’m writing, or I’m busy in the field getting my hands dirty and creating new experiences to write about.
