What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The most frustrating issue has been educating the consumers about the power of being the first brand in an untapped vertical market. The most rewarding feeling is allowing your passion to work behind the scenes with anticipation of how your Vision will transform lives when you launch it to market.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Not putting the 4 main players in place. General Counsel, Public Relations, Accountant, Project Manager

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Have separate project managers for logistics, business and technical management
2. Removing your passion from the equation and looking at it from the consumer's view.
3.Patience with your development team and getting them to trust the vision.
