What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Frustrating: Long stretches of no positive feedback -- you're your own boss. Rewarding: Ownership of your successes -- you built that.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

I'll tell you once I've made them all.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1) Get outside the building.
2) Move fast but with purpose.
3) You can learn from everyone you meet.

Full bio

I studied theoretical particle physics, designing data analysis techniques and developing large-scale simulations of particle collisions. Now I'm building Roobiq, the first mobile-only CRM app that deeply integrates with Salesforce and is designed for customer-facing professionals and field sales reps. It combines multiple data sources, like calendar, location and email to create contextual reminders and automate manual entry. If it's hard and important, I'm interested.
