My name is Anthony Martin and I caught the entrepreneur bug while I was in college at UC Santa Barbara and never looked back. There's something about it.. Seeing a market opportunity, and forming a plan to execute your vision based solely on the passion for the idea is what draws me to entreprenuerialism. AJ and I are working day in and day out on capturing a $600 million market, one college at a time. Our national iPhone Repair Company is based on over 20 Universities in the United States, and with our business model, we see great potential to exponenitally expand our existing market of 20+ schools. We are both fortunate enough to be employed full-time through our company, and we love every waking moment of it. I'm very excited to have the opportunity to speak at Vator because of my friends that have spoken very highly about their past experiences bringing the Voice of the entreprenuers into one venue! What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

Entrepreneurship is LOADED with frustrating and rewarding moments on a day-to-day basis. I love the roller coaster ride; Meeting challenges head-on and enjoying the recognition for your hard work.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

The inability to adjust their initial focus. Great companies are great because of their ability to adapt to what the market wants.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Don't be afraid to share your vision. They are so many brilliant resources out there, put yourself out there!
2. Sales solves all problems.
3. KEEP ADDING VALUE
