I have always wanted to run my own business and been full of ideas and ways to make things easier. I love finding innovative ways to make life better in any area of living.

What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

The plan never works out. Its very frustrating. Being able to make my own decisions and having the ability to dictate my own time is very rewarding. Its also really rewarding to see how my decisions play out and learn from them. Sometimes they are good decisions and sometimes they haven't been but that is part of the process and that is how I continue to grow.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs/innovators make?

Giving up when it gets tough and everything you "planned" falls apart. When you're an entrepreneur, there is no real plan. Eventually we fall back into place once we make it over the hurdle.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. You have to sacrifice a lot
2. Time management is crucial everyday and in everything
3. A closed door, someone telling me no, doesn't mean I stop; It means I have another opportunity waiting. Its all about my mindset and how badly I want to succeed.
