I have 18 years of experience in technology-focused investment banking and M&A. I started my career fresh out of college at Bear Stearns & Co. in 1993 as a junior investment banker to cut my teeth in the M&A world. I later worked for Southwest Securities, KPMG Corporate Finance, Perot Systems Corp and B. Riley & Co. (Los Angeles) as an M&A specialist and investment banker. I also was on the Board of three start up technology companies. In 2009, I started Generation Equity Advisors in Los Angeles to focus exclusively on Technology and Digital Media mergers and acquisitions for later stage companies.

I have completed just under $10 billion in transactions to date. I have lived in Los Angeles, New York, Paris and Dallas.
