Richard has over a decade of Silicon Valley leadership experience and was part of several start-up teams, including abetterdeal.com and RentPayment.com.  He holds a BA in Social Sciences and an MBA in International Business. 

Prior to his life in technology, he worked on air at America's #1 radio station, KMEL in San Francisco, co-hosted a top-rated MTV-type video show and had a memorable one-line appearance as a hot dog vendor on the ABC TV series, Midnight Caller.
