James (Jim) Gibson is the founder of Service Omni and is an active entrepreneur in industries ranging from telecommunications to internet.

Mr. Gibson has spent 15 years in the telecommunications industry building successful revenue centers and managing efficient cost centers.  Most recently, Jim effectively segued his technology background into several online business start-ups.  His diverse portfolio of experience includes senior executive management in the areas of operations, product management, business development, customer service management and sales and marketing.

In addition to Service Omni, Jim is currently the CEO and founder of CommSolve, Inc., a boutique consulting firm specializing in telecom sales and marketing strategies.  Jim is also a co-founder and Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing of Quakedog.com, an online distributor platform that sells turn-key ebusinesses that focus on disaster emergency preparedness supplies for the consumer market.   

Jim most recently held the post of Executive Vice President, Business Development of Continan Communications (OTC:CNTN) and also served on the company's Board of Directors.  In 2006, Mr. Gibson was an integral part of the team that took Continan public and saw the company successfully launch its wireless service platform in the USA and Western Europe.

Jim earned his BA from the University of North Texas and currently resides with his wife Diana in Glendale a suburb of Los Angeles, California.
