Florian Brody is responsible for marketing at PaymentOne and leads corporate and product marketing. Before joining PaymentOne, Brody served as Vice President Marketing at Cimbal, a start-up developing a software-based mobile payment technology. He is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record in multiple Silicon Valley start-ups. He led marketing at Amazon's A9.com, served as Director Business Development and Marketing at Red Herring and co-founded and led a start-up in San Francisco. At the Voyager Company he co-invented the first electronic books in 1991. Earlier he built the multimedia market for Apple Austria and developed library automation software.

He held the chair for multimedia studies in Salzburg, Austria and was a member of the graduate faculty of Art Center College of Design, Pasadena. Brody is a frequent speaker at international conferences and is published in multiple languages.
