1995-2002 studied classical piano in the Royal Conservatory program in Canada.

2003-2007 studied jazz/contemporary styles (voice) in a Visual & Performing Arts Academy at Booker High School in Sarasota, Fl.

2005 studied jazz at Berklee College of Music's 5 week Performance Program.

Marketing Intern for Indaba Music 

May 2008 — August 2008

As Indaba's marketing intern for the summer, I focused on supporting their sales, marketing, and PR activities. I worked with their CMO and the rest of the team on a range of projects, including researching opportunities, drafting proposals, reaching out to contacts and coordinating marketing activities like CMJ. I was responsible for a summer-long project: Indaba's outreach to music schools to pitch its educational platform. As part of this, I was asked to develop sales materials, source target contacts, and initiate conversations.
