My personal mantra is "understand how things work and figure out how to make them work better". I also have a soft spot for the "Why?" question.

Now, why the Internet? I came to love the Web for its openness and limitless possibilities, for the unique option of instant feedback and contact with audience.

Although my early professional career (as a management consultant and investment analyst) speaks little of my passion for internet technologies, it was then when I acquired a good understanding of the Web's core competencies – the fickle world of consumer behavior and bringing people together.
