Everyone entrepreneur is driven by something - either a sense of passion, a sense of determination, a sense of a new world. At Siri, CTO and co-founder Tom Gruber, is driven by a sense of "insane over-achievement." And, it is an insane idea that drives everyone to do their best at Siri, Gruber said.

At VatorNews, we try to capture the essence of entrepreneurship through our videos, particularly our "Lessons Learned" segments. So, we decided to start a new segment called, "What drives you?" In these segments, you'll hear entrepreneurs explain what drives them to build something out of typically nothing. And, you'll hear them talk about the culture inside their startup that keeps everyone motivated.

i can't wait for that segment to launch on the vator site. This will be a great motivator to view other entrepreneurs drive and determination. Do we have to upload a video to "what drives you?"
