Bill Graham, the legendary music impresario who staged hundreds of concerts for rock acts like Janis Joplin, Jimi Hendrix and the Doors, kept a treasure trove of those performances.
After Graham died, the live music and video recordings, poster art and other memorabilia were acquired by Wolfgang's Vault founder and CEO William Sagan.
Sagan also bought the archives from the King Biscuit Flour Hour live radio show, from the famous Record Plant recording studio and other content that has provided the soundtrack for generations of music fans.
In this Vator.tv pitch, Sagan talks about the origin of the company's name, and says the company's Web site, wolfgangsvault.com, gets between 20,000 and 25,000 unique vistors per day.
