Wil Schroter is a veteran entrepreneur who looks even younger than he is.

Right now, he's the CEO and founder of two different startups. The first is GotCast.com, an online casting network. The other is GoBigNetwork, which sells online classified listings to those who want to sell a business or acquire investor funding.
