In this episode of the Vator Reports Bambi and Peter provide an overview of how different industries have been working to embrace the Internet. From bricks and mortar companies building online retail outlets, to real estate websites trying to provide for more efficiency in real estate transactions, to VoIP websites challenging traditional telephony companies, the Internet has virtually left no sector unaffected and is slowly but surely living up to the promise of increased efficiency and lower costs for consumers. Featured in this episode are the founders/CEOs of the following companies we found on Vator.tv: Weatherbill, Jajah, and Mino Wireless. Enjoy the show! And if you have any suggestions for topics we should cover in the Vator Reports, please send us an email to newsroom@vator.tv.

report from the front lines: grouper falls out the game. "says no money in scrapbook videos." there went 67 million down the u-know what Tubes. is you tube next. myspace and facebook have ad issues as well. weak converts. what does this say about the future of ads on video and social networks the supposed future holy grail of communication on the net. magazine Business 2.0 falls off rack? estimated DOA 8-31-07 comparing mag ads with internet data ads there is little reason to for advertisers to stay. all other media mags and newspapers are next. too many crumby domain names trying to compete with the universal vertical generics. Wikiyak, JaJa, stumbleover, majalo, crackle, spackle, you get the picture. they will never make it. they just arent cool enough. where would myspace.com be if it was called Jibber.com. funny these startups just dont get it. nor do the companies buying them. too many new fangled idea pitches with no real overall substance. applications as opposed to stand alone entities. valuations of strategic generic vertical domain name portfolio's will blow a hole in the roof. the "handfull" of serious players know this aint 1999. many have waited years for this time. we are living in the greatest moment in history to question all authority. there are no rules. the media slaves have been freed and there running wild. todays hot article: ambient findability. http://blogs.mediapost.com/search_insider/?p=580 MonsterLocator..... its alive!
