What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
Rewarding - solving a problem that no one else has; building something that has touched and been used by millions of people; changing traditional markets & creating new ones; empowering people; creating jobs; proving convention, critics, investors, etc. wrong! There are always bumps in the road & frustrations along the way - it's how you deal & overcome them that separates entrepreneurs from most everyone else.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
Being afraid to tell the world about what you are doing for fear of exposing your idea. Talk to folks, get their opinions & use them to better your products, ideas & companies.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1) Ideas are a dime-a-dozen, execution is everything.
2) Hire fast, fire fast.
3) Everything costs more than you think, raise $, not less.
4) Know your weaknesses & compensate for them by hiring folks who make you better
5) Survival is everything, so watch every dollar & make sure you outlast the competition.
