Today's Entrepreneur is Rick Marini, Founder & CEO, BranchOut of  BranchOut.

BranchOut is the largest professional network on Facebook with over 30 million active users and over 500 million professional connections. Users leverage their existing friend network to identify all of their inside connections for jobs, recruiting, sales leads and career networking.

(Marini will be speaking at Venture Shift, an event hosted by Vator and Bullpen Capital focused on the changing venture landscape. #ventureshift is this Thursday, July 19. Check it out here.)

Vator’s community is the home to entrepreneurs who embrace their passion and follow their dreams. Our profiles allow members to express themselves by sharing their interests, lessons learned, as well as bits and pieces of their roller-coaster journey.

These profiles give entrepreneurs an opportunity to showcase themselves and tell their story. So if you are an entrepreneur, a serial entrepreneur, or even an aspiring entrepreneur, we'd like to hear from you.

Under-estimate how tough this job is. But when it works, it's great!

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

3. Hire the best
