At Vator Splash, we like to shake things up a bit. We have a beer giveaway; we have a musician as our time keeper for our start-up presentations called The Mule; we have an all VC-entrepreneur boy band called Coverflow that plays at our afterparty; and, we have a late night VC panel unlike no other. It's called: Late Night. At Splash SF in February, we had Raj Kapoor, a partner at Mayfield as our host. So we called it appropriately Late Night with Raj Kapoor.

Joining Raj as guests were Mike Hirshland, founder of Resolute.vc, a bi-coastal seed stage venture firm,  Michael Brown, Director of Corporate Development at Twitter, Sharon Wienbar, partner at Scale Venture Partners, Tim Chang, Partner at the Mayfield Fund.

Splash is held bi-annually in San Francisco. It's an event that showcases 10 promising start-ups, two seasoned entrepreneurs sharing lessons learned and VCs/angels giving their insights into what they're seeking to invest in and how start-ups can polish their presentations.

We're accepting applications for the start-up competition here.

Get your Early Bird tickets now before they sell out, like they always do. Register and get them here.
