Frustrating: it's so hard to build a great company and it can take years to establish credibility and reputation.

Rewarding: changing the world, building products, creating a place where people love to work, creating careers and friendships.

Thinking they can do it on their own (you need a great core team), raising too much venture money, losing control, hiring the wrong people. Well, that's 4 things...

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Get a great core team around you.
2. Stick with it. Success might take 5-10 years.
3. Enjoy the ride -- don't just focus on the outcome or end-goal.
