What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
Being able to get up everyday with purpose and desire to contribute something amazing but sad knowing that I am only one person and that I have to work relentlessly to communicate our vision to get others fired up too.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
One success comes not being humble or open to learning something from every experience and person they meet and thinking much too highly of themselves.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. I've still got a lifetime to learn
2. Stay humble
3. Be open to change
