Faizin and Wirawin To Speak At Start Up Asia Jakarta

Adstars Leading AdAs Start Up Asia Jakarta gears up, they have announced that Adstars will be sharing their journey at Startup Asia Jakarta in a session entitled “From Zero to Millions in Revenue. Yazid Faizin and Pandu Wirawan are the founders of Adstars, which is one of the pioneering mobile ad networks in Indonesia. They will trace how they were able to generate 500 million ad impressions each month through guts and hard work. Adstars is a web and mobile advertising network mainly focused on Indonesia web traffic.

Last year, the company started to generate more than 500 million ad impressions per month which is clearly an impressive stat. Adstars representative Chaizarani Muharramah revealed that the ad network generates more than 200 million impressions per month and 19 million unique users on the web. It also generates 300 million impressions to 20 million unique users. That is a total of 500 million combined monthly impressions solely from the Indonesian audience.

Adstars founders are noted for their intense level of commitment and passion to their company. When the company started, Faizin and Wirawan are said to be so obsessed with their startup that they miss out on meals and work until when ther minds are still alert but their bodies couldn’t take it anymore.

Their efforts paid off and in just a couple of years since its launch, Adstars has become a highly profitable company.  The company now has more than 200 million impressions and caters to more than 20 million audience in Indonesia alone. Last February, Adstars was chosen by Twitter app UberSocial as their exclusive in-country advertising partner in Indonesia.

Chief operational officer Pandu Wirawan noted that "UberSocial is now the market leading Twitter application. He also stated that 87 percent of Indonesian tweets come from mobile devices." This brings an opportunity for advertisers to reach affluent Indonesian users on the right medium."

This is why the upcoming coffee chat with Adstars founders during the Start Up Asia Jakarta should be insightful for other startup companies who will be participating in the event. Yazid and Pandu are also expected to reveal their next venture at the said conference. They have not yet discussed their next startup but it is expected that they have something up their sleeves which will be something that is profitable and interesting.

Startup Asia Jakarta will be held on June 7, 2012 from 2.30 – 3.00 pm in the Upper room at the Annex building. So don’t miss this session entitled “From Zero to Millions in Revenue”, by Adstars founders Yazid Faizin and Pandu Wirawan.
