Rewarding is actually building something, adding to the economy, employing people - not just pushing paper around. Frustrating is things moving too slowly.

Giving up too early.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

(1) Seek council wisely, quickly filter through the chaff
(2) Believe in yourself, no one else will until you are proven
(3) Revenue is king
