What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?

You must build a network of other entrepreneurs, advisers and investors to help you along, otherwise it can be an isolating journey. Reach your milestones and the adrenaline high makes you feel on top of the world. You learn to keep a balance and determined face regardless the road bumps or the yellow brick road.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?

Failing to see the forest for the trees.

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?

1. Build something that people want to use
2. Surround yourself with A+ talent
3. Act fast on opportunities
