Dick Costolo, who was recently appointed Twitter CEO, shared his lessons and advice at Vator's evening event, Vator Splash. Among the advice he shared were 1) Have a voice 2) Have a clean term sheet 3) Don't think about exits 4) Think long term 5) Launch late to launch often 6) Don't revisit decisions.

Lots of great things said by Dick, I love that Twitter has no exit strategy, they are truly going for a home run and will be up there one day with the Facebook's on the public market. I'm saving my money for buying both of their stocks, hopefully in 2012 or 2013.
Thanks for sharing this Bambi, very informative coming from such an important CEO.
