In a virtual world with over ten million residents, Second Life is becoming a very real place to do business. And how can a company help themselves do that? How do they get the word out to the virtual marketplace?  Well, PR, of course! 

Donna Lyon from the PR firm Text 100 explains how Second Life is a great place for businesses to gain exposure and create brand awareness through virtual press conferences, product demonstrations, and press tours.  She also shares with us how their client Cisco gets real with PR in the virtual world.
