Will let noHold customers set up a bot that allows questions through Facebook Messenger

Messaging apps are now more used that social media platforms, according to Business Insider's Intelligence division, and being able to harness that power could help your business prosper. Now, take Virtual Assistants, those amazing little AI systems that can point you in the right direction when you have questions about a business or company. Having those virtual assistants available where your customers hang out is extremely promising.

We're all on Facebook. We're all on Facebook Messenger. What if a business could bring the power of a virtual assistant into the realm of Facebook Messenger? Ask no more, friends, because that's just what noHold is bringing to the table.

With this noHold integration for Facebook Messenger, the company is tapping into the overwhelming number of users that utilize the messaging app in an attempt to make asking a company questions easier than ever. The whole idea works great with virtual assistants. One of the best things about VA's is their ability to handle a large number of sessions simultaneously. Couple that with number of people on Messenger and you have an integration that can handle any number of queries thrown at it.

While there are bots already on Messenger, many of them simply aren't that helpful. The reason? The technology backing them simply isn't up to par, which doesn't hold true for noHold. For a VA to be successful, the underlying platform needs to be intuitive and easy to use. That is what makes the noHold integration so nice, it allows you to create an amazing bot, and then integrate it into other applications, in this case, Facebook Messenger.

As to why noHold chose Facebook Messenger, Diego Ventura, CEO and founder of noHold states, “Our objective is to make it simple for non-programmers to create a Virtual Assistant. It is also important to make sure that same Virtual Assistant is reachable from any channel an end user prefers. The popularity of Facebook, as well as the large business presence, made it an obvious choice for us to connect to.”

noHold was founded in 1999 and is headquartered in Milpitas, CA. You can find out more about the company here.
