Today's Entrepreneur is Rachel Payne, CEO at FEM Inc. FEM Inc. operates prizma, a video engagement platform that offers video discovery and smart syndication powered by a robust content recommendations engine. Prizma makes it possible for any website to create an engaging video experience for their audience, quickly and easily.

Rachel Payne started FEM inc. when she realized that there was an enormous opportunity in entertainment for innovation. Payne got her MBA of Global Management, Public Management at Standford University last 2004.

1. Being an entrepreneur is the hardest work you will ever love. 
2. Find amazing co-founders, they will be your family. 
3. When you are not able to sleep at night because your idea is so exciting and you are not able to focus on anything else, it's time to leave your job and start your company.

Her specialties are systems change design, international business operations, global alliances, sales, business development, marketing, general management, philanthropy and entrepreneurship. Payne serves as Director on the following Boards: BRAC USA (global NGO), CREDO Mobile and KCET/Link Media (public media / broadcasting company).
