Kapor talks about how diversity can transform entrepreneurship and tech innovation

Mitch Kapor, a tech pioneer in the personal computer era and now investor and philanthropist, took the stage to sit down with Vator founder and CEO Bambi Francisco during our inaugural two-day Splash Oakland event. "Oakland's time is coming," he said. "In fact, it is already here. Like climate change, it is not some future thing that may happen, tech is coming to Oakland already!"
