What's most frustrating and rewarding about entrepreneurship/innovation?
I don't know if frustrating is the right word, but it does present a ton of challenges. Not only to work life but definitely to the personal life and the people around you. However, that is probably the most rewarding thing about it as well. Something that was just an idea becoming something more so you can create an opportunity for people is the biggest reward.

What's the No. 1 mistake entrepreneurs make?
They claim to run out of runway. There is always another day and likely if you are focused and adaptive you can create a business if you don't stop!

What are the top three lessons you've learned as an entrepreneur?
1. Communicate with the utmost transparency - with your team and people you meet - their opinion will often clarify things in your head.

2. Keep the people close to you very close, dealing with the stress of entrepreneurship is not healthy to internalize. There are always problems and making sure you've created a great and supportive community to help you through those is essential.

3. If you aren't having fun then there is something wrong.

Dogwalkingco.com is the future of in-home pet services. In a $40B+ market, we plan to expand the industry by personalizing every in-home pet care need and service.

We are focused on solving the problem of efficiently being able to find a local trustworthy person to come into your home and take care of your pet. This is currently a fragmented offline business which has not standard measure for making a decision. The Dog Walking Co. makes it easy to find a person, see why they are so good at what they do and quickly hire them. Again most people looking for a service needed it yesterday and don't have the time to figure out who is the best person to work with so we take it upon ourselves to make that process easy.
