Win a speaking spot at The Free! Summit, the only free conference about the impact of free on businesses and consumers.

Taking place Monday, May 11, 2009 at the San Mateo Marriott hotel as a precursor to the 3rd annual Tech Policy Summit, The Free! Summit is a new executive-level conference focused on understanding and making the most of free and its impact on the digital economy.

Techdirt founder Mike Masnick will serve as the emcee, and WIRED editor in chief Chris Anderson will deliver the opening keynote to discuss his upcoming book, “Free: The Future of a Radical Price.”

Early bird tickets for Free! sold out within only five days, and the waiting list continues to grow each week. Make sure that you are at the forefront of this important dialogue about the future of the digital economy by entering our competition today!

•    Do you consider yourself an expert when it comes to the digital economy, and do other people tend to agree with you about that?
•    Are you a passionate advocate or critic of “Freeconomics?”
•    Do you get giddy at the prospect of spending a Monday afternoon in May debating about monetization and business models?

If you answered yes to those questions, we encourage you to enter our competition between now and April 17th to win a speaking spot at The Free! Summit.

All you need to do is create a brief video (5 minutes or less, please) describing why you should be considered a speaker on the topic of free or freemium business models and the impact of such models on the marketplace.

You’ll also win four registration tickets for the conference that you can share with colleagues.
