The determined ranking of each company is the sole discretion of each jury member.

By submitting an application or company, each entrant warrants and represents that the Solution was created solely by the Eligible Company or individual submitting it and that the Solution is original. By entering this Contest, each entrant agrees that Sponsor may use the name, address, comments, likeness, photos, and a description of the Solution, if the Eligible Company or individual accepts any prize, in publicity or advertising concerning this Contest or otherwise in any medium now known or hereafter devised (including the Internet or other interactive network) in perpetuity throughout the universe without further compensation or right of review and agrees to waive his/her rights with respect to such publicity and advertising.  All entrants are subject to and agree to comply with and be bound by these Official Rules, the Privacy Policy of Vator Inc and the decisions of the judges of the Contest, which are final and binding on all entrants for all aspects of the Contest.  Non-compliance with any provisions of these Official Rules will be grounds for disqualification of the selected entrant, forfeiture of any prize, and selection of an alternate entrant.  All federal, state, local and provincial laws and regulations apply.

The Contest Parties and their Agents are not responsible for typographical or other errors in the offer or administration of this Contest, including but not limited to errors in advertising, these Official Rules, the selection and announcement of the winners, or the distribution of any prizes.  The Contest Parties and their Agents:  (i) make no warranty, guaranty, or representation of any kind concerning any prize, (ii) disclaim any implied warranty, and
(iii) are not liable for injury, loss or damage of any kind resulting from the acceptance or use of any prize, including any travel related thereto, or from participation in this Contest.  Sponsor reserves the right, to cancel the Contest at any time, without notice and for any reason, if fraud, technical failures, virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor destroy the integrity of the Contest as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.  Sponsor reserves the right to modify these rules, including modifying any of the deadlines set forth herein, at any time.  Any attempt by an individual to deliberately damage any Web site or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest (including, but not limited to, any violations of these Official Rules) may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to:  (i) disqualify any such entrant from the Contest, and (ii) seek damages from any such entrant to the fullest extent permitted by law.  The Contest is governed by the laws of the state of Califonia, USA, without giving effect to the conflicts of laws provisions.
