SIIA Previews at the Information Summit in NYC

CEOs of nine content and content technology companies will be selected to give a five-minute presentation in front of an anticipated audience of more than 350 C and VP level executives from major information and content technology companies, as well as the bankers, analysts, bloggers and press who are supporting them at the SIIA Information Summit, January 26-27, 2010.

Vator, a leading platform for innovators to broadcast themselves, and a provider of news and information through VatorNews, is excited to partner on this program with the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA), the B2B publishing and software industries’ leading trade association, to recognize and highlight top companies across content, content technology, software and social media.

         


What you win
: If selected, your company CEO will provide a five-minute presentation at the Information Industry Summit and have five minutes of Q&A.

Presenting companies also receive: 

 

  • An table-top exhibit display from which they can network with attendees.(Note: display area is available only during the 30-minute conference break immediately following their presentation.)
  • Promotion on the Information Industry Summit conference Web site and in the Summit program.
  • 20-minute feedback session with the steering committee  

 

Time frame: October 22, 2009 through November 20, 2009 at 11:59 pm PST.

Who should apply: 

All submissions must be made for companies that provide content or content technology products or services, have received no more than a Series A round of financing, generate no more than $10 million in sales, and have actual customers.

What should be submitted: 

Create a profile on Vator.tv. We encourage you to create a short video and tell us who you are, what you do, why it is important and why you want to present. In the Tag section of your profile, please identify your company as one of the following: Content, Content Technology, Software, Social Media

Presenting companies must pay a fee of $750 must be paid by December 11, 2009.

Get out the vote on Vator! More votes on Vator will drive up your chances of winning. The popular vote on Vator will be considered a significant factor in the judging process. Additionally, the criteria the judges will use include: Novelty/Innovation; Commercial viability and media presence. Companies with a larger follower base and solid testimonies will also grab our attention.
