Keiretsu Forum, the world's largest angel investment
community, is seeking 10 startups to present at its Bay Area Angel Capital Expo in January.
The Angel
Capital Expo, held Friday, January 22nd from 7:30 am to 2:00 pm at Microsoft in Mountain View, California, is the premier gathering of more than 300 of the Bay Areas most active and respected angel investors. Selected companies presenting will be seeking venture funding from the angel community.
The Expo will feature 10 presentations from early stage companies in technology, life sciences, consumer products, real estate, clean tech, social ventures and other segments with high growth potential.
All presenters will be pre-screened by a select committee of Keiretsu Forum members.
Each entrepreneur will make a 15-minute presentation and will be available for additional discussion and due diligence at their exhibitor booth throughout the day. Following the presentations, the attendees will vote and award the top three presenting companies the "Most Valued Company."
What you win:
The Vator.tv Viewers Choice Award. The winner will get a chance to give a 15-minute presentation at the Keiretsu Forum. This package is valued at more than $6000. The Vator.tv Viewers Choice Award winner will get to present for free and will also benefit from a coaching session
by a selected team of Keiretsu Forum members prior to presenting at the EXPO. The
selected company will also win a display booth in the exhibit room of the
conference, and be entered into the “Most Valued Company” competition. The
winner of the “Most Valued Company Competition” receives a sponsored award and
local press coverage providing additional exposure.
Time frame: December 15 to January 18 at 9 am. The winner will be announced on January 18th.

Who should apply: Companies should be in their A or B rounds, usually with $500,000 to $1.5 million friends and family investments. Forum members invest in high-quality, diverse investment opportunities in technology, life sciences, consumer products, real estate, clean tech, social ventures and other segments with high-growth potential.

Submissions are in the form of a Vator company profile. We encourage video as it gives us a better sense of who’s behind the company. Additionally,

How to win
The Vator.tv viewers will select the winning company by casting online votes. The company with the most votes will win a presentation spot at the Angel Capital EXPO. Applicants must also fit the Keiretsu Forum criteria and will be required to submit an application.
Who are the judges
Vator voters. The winner will be awarded the opportunity to present at Keiretsu Forums 4th Angel Capital Expo.
Note: Keiretsu Forum is also accepting applications to present for the 10 general presentation slots. Companies do not pay to apply or be
screened as a candidate for the Angel Capital EXPO. If your company is selected then the presenting fee will apply.
